Utiq welcomes Ilse Berlamont as Senior Legal Manager, further strengthening its legal and privacy expertise

We’re excited to announce that Ilse Berlamont has joined Utiq as Senior Legal Manager, where she’ll be working across a broad range of legal, corporate and privacy matters to support our mission of enabling responsible digital marketing.

Ilse joins the legal team at an important stage of Utiq’s growth, as we scale our Telco-powered, consent-based identity infrastructure across Europe. In her role, Ilse will help shape and support the legal frameworks that underpin our partnerships and operations – ensuring they reflect both the highest privacy standards and the commercial needs of a fast-growing business.

She brings with her nine years of experience as a legal professional, starting her career at the Brussels Bar with a top-tier law firm where she advised clients across sectors on complex cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and carve-outs. Later, she joined a consultancy firm to broaden her strategic advisory skills while deepening her corporate law expertise. Most recently, she added to her credentials by becoming a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), focusing on data privacy and protection.

With such a wide-ranging legal foundation, Ilse is uniquely positioned to guide Utiq through the many opportunities and challenges that come with operating at the intersection of technology, marketing, and compliance.
